French Crepes

Thin crepes cooked on a flat plate and folded to order.

Poured and spread on a heated crepe plate, then folded around sweet or savoury fillings in front of the customer. The theatre of the spread is part of the sell, and the plate is quick to learn on, so it works for operators with untrained counter staff.
