Table Top Griddle
Countertop flat griddle with a 9 mm hot plate, splash guard and pull-out grease drawer.
A flat griddle for the savoury side of a counter. The plate is 9 mm thick, which is what keeps the surface temperature steady when a cold batch goes on rather than dropping away and stewing the first few covers. Splash guards on three sides and a pull-out grease drawer at the front for cleaning down.
